Google Design Thinking Tech Bootcamp
This bootcamp is a platform at AUK for emerging talents and industry experts to meet. Industry experts from health, education, IT, tourism and hospitality, public works, and others will present real problems and undergraduate students, graduates, and young professionals will choose one problem in their groups and find a solution. Hence, that solution will become the minimum viable product (MVP).
The top idea will be funded and go through the incubation phase to become a real start-up business, project or a product that will serve the community. The bootcamp will be held each year and will bring together not only local but global experts and solve not only local but global issues and will give a chance to all in Kurdistan and beyond to unleash their potential by creating solutions that improve life quality, create jobs and put Kurdistan on the map of making major contributions to the world development and regional prosperity.
This bootcamp will train
undergraduate students and alumni to come up with innovative solutions to problems that the local community and industry is facing. It will also create internship and job opportunities for the bootcamp participants through the partners and sponsors of the bootcamp, develop a culture to foster innovation in Kurdistan.
This bootcamp Unites local and global industry experts and local talent to solve real world problems during six months after the bootcamp, these projects are coached and supervised by coaches so that they
become true solutions for improving life.
