Dr. Sherzad Hamid Hassan is a professor of private international law and a lecturer at the College of Law at Nawroz University and the College of Basic Education, Department of Special Education at the University of Duhok. He currently serves as the director general of social welfare and development in Duhok Governorate, where he oversees programs and policies aimed at enhancing social services and community development.
With a strong academic background and extensive experience in legal and social affairs, Dr. Sherzad brings valuable expertise to discussions on labor market development, social policies, and the role of legal frameworks in economic transformation. His participation in the forum will provide key insights into the intersection of law, labor, and digital transformation in Iraq.
