In commemoration of World Book Day, the Consulting & Research Centre at Cihan University – Duhok hosted the “Second Annual Book Fair #ABF24” on April 23rd, 2024, at the CRC Hall. 4. Ms. Sidra Ahmed Saleem presented “COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR THERAPY,” a revised text on the principles and practices of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Drawing from real-life case studies, the book offers essential guidance for professionals and students alike on effective treatment planning and patient engagement.

Mr. Sarwar Faisal Fatah discussed his book, “Human Searches for Meaning,” which explores the profound insights of Viktor Frankl’s “Man’s Search for Meaning.” Through Frankl’s experiences in a Nazi concentration camp, the book delves into the human psyche’s ability to find purpose amidst adversity.
6. Mr. Choli Shaban Ahmed introduced “I HAVE A PRESENTATION,” a comprehensive guide to mastering the art of public speaking. Structured into five parts, the book provides invaluable tips on everything from topic selection to post-presentation etiquette.
7. Ms. Walat Ahmed Oramary** shared insights from her book, “Learning to Really Trust Yourself,” focusing on self-belief and overcoming personal obstacles. The book serves as a beacon of empowerment, encouraging readers to embrace their true selves.
