The Research Center at the Cihan University-Duhok holds a virtual open discussion session on the Zoom platform, which includes three axes. The first axis: “The nature of diplomatic relations between Iraq and the Vatican” presented by Dr. Omar Al-Barzanji, the Iraqi ambassador and representative of the Holy See to the Vatican in Rome. The second theme: “The Impact of Pope Francis’s Visit to Iraq on Resolving Internal Conflicts” presented by Dr. Muhammad Ihsan, a specialist in international politics, and a former minister in the Kurdistan Regional Government.
