📌 Third axis: Fiscal policy in Iraq and Challenges of Exchange Rate Fluctuations, causes, and solutions (the speaker: Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Dagher, economist and former vice president of the Central Bank of Iraq).
📌 Fourth axis: Evaluating Iraq’s economic relations in the international environment (the speaker: Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Mashhadani, Assist Professor of International Economic Relations at the Iraqi University).
