Mr. Abdulkareem Hamad Mohamad currently serves as the Director of the Directorate of Labor in Duhok Governorate, where he plays a vital role in overseeing labor policies, employment initiatives, and workforce development programs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Economics from the University of Mosul, having graduated in 1995.
With extensive experience in labor market regulations and employment strategies, Mr. Abdulkareem has been actively involved in shaping policies that support job creation, improve working conditions, and align labor market needs with economic growth.
